Year A – Building Foundations

  • Learn fundamental skills of attention and body awareness.

  • Understand foot assessment and how to identify patterns.

  • Develop basic forms of touch (Air, Fire, Water, Earth).

  • Begin teaching basic processes to clients.


Year B – Deepening Practice

  • Broaden ability to recognize and interrupt deeper physical and emotional patterns.

  • Teach clients to stop habitual patterns.

  • Refine analytical and touch precision skills.

  • Integrate personal history and emotional context into learning.


Year C – Professional Mastery

  • Integrate and refine all skills into a professional practice.

  • Work with clients in varied positions (standing, moving).

  • Create individualized daily training programs.

  • Learn advanced description and strategy to bridge sessions into real life.

Becoming a Grinberg MEthod practitioner

Becoming a Grinberg Method Practitioner is a three-year professional training program — learning to teach through the body with attention, touch, and movement. It’s described as both a professional and personal transformation journey, where you learn to guide others while deepening your own development.

The three years, in short:

STRUCTURE
OF THE TRAINING

Becoming a Grinberg Method Practitioner, includes:

  • a three-year program. (Enrolment is always for 1 year)

  • 12 modules, 4 modules per year

  • Each module is a 6-day intensive retreat

  • private lessons with the teacher

  • final supervision after each year

Average study load:

  • 10–15 hours per week, including:

    • Training modules

    • Practice with clients

    • Personal training process

    • Study, reflection, and preparation

    • Supervision and private lessons

Pricing

Prices below are the prices you pay per year (one year is 4 modules).*

  • Regular price: €6.400

  • Special launch price: €5.500 (valid until dec. 15th)

  • Supported price: available upon request.

This price includes:

  • Tuition Fee for 4 modules of year A, B or C.

  • A 7 nights shared room at Land of Yemaya for 4 modules.

  • 3 meals per day

  • Coffee, tea, and snacks throughout
    the day.

  • Unlimited use of sauna and natural swimming pond.

  • Didactic video material, provided by the Grinberg Method.

Not included:

  • 2 mandatory private lessons with the teacher (€120 per session)

  • End-of-year supervision (€120)

After Graduation

After graduation, there is the possibility to follow the specialization courses held by the founder of the Grinberg Method, Avi Grinberg. Each course explores different aspects of the work and allows
a constant update for the professionals who want it.
